PATO Co. Ltd. is a youth governed company founded in 2021. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the founder Mr.Kiondo stayed at Katavi region where they owned a paddy estate. His stay here enabled him to come up with the P.A.T.O idea. An idea that aims to touch and transform the lives of Tanzanian youths. Through P.A.T.O youths, join forces to utilize the potential opportunities that lie in the agricultural sector. Currently, P.A.T.O has more than 50 members who study in different universities in Tanzania sharing the same mission, vision and goals
We are a well equipped team of not only educated but also motivated youths who would stop at nothing to ensure that the set goals and objectives are seen through with in the planned window. We have a strong leadership that works hard to ensure that the motivated shareholders and members of P.A.T.O stay ambitious and become more motivated. The team is diverse including people who are directly associated with the agricultural activities and those who engage in non-agricultural activities.
